1. Introduction

Welcome to Cleaneruti. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleaneruti website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cleaneruti ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Cleaneruti is a platform designed to connect users with local cleaning service providers. The platform allows users to search for, view, and contact cleaning professionals.

By using our Service, you agree:

  • To use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • To provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting service providers

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and to treat all other users with respect. You specifically agree to:

  • Safety: Provide a safe environment for any service providers invited to your property.
  • Direct Payments: Understand that all payments are made directly between you and the service provider. Cleaneruti does not process payments and is not responsible for any financial disputes.
  • Disputes: Resolve any disputes directly with the other party. Cleaneruti is not a mediator and has no authority to intervene in disputes between users.
  • Vetting: Conduct your own due diligence. While we may provide profile information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided data.

Content: Our Service allows users to post content. You are responsible for the content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

5. Service Providers and "Zero Commission" Model

Important: Cleaneruti is strictly an introductory platform. We connect people looking for cleaning services with people offering such services.

No Employment Relationship: Service providers are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Cleaneruti. We do not direct or control their work, set their schedules, or dictate their pricing.

Zero Commission: We do not charge commission fees on jobs. This means we do not take a cut of the cleaner's earnings. As a result, we do not insure, vet, or verify service providers beyond basic email/social authentication. We act solely as a directory to facilitate connections.

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Verifying the identity and credentials of service providers before engaging their services
  • Checking if service providers have appropriate insurance and certifications
  • Taking necessary safety precautions when meeting with or allowing service providers into their homes or businesses

We do not guarantee or warrant the quality, reliability, safety, or legality of any service provider. All arrangements, agreements, and transactions between users and service providers are strictly between those parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". SINCE CLEANERUTI PROVIDES THIS SERVICE AS A ZERO-COMMISSION INTRODUCTORY PLATFORM, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

Cleaneruti will not be held liable for:

  • Any damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from interactions with service providers found through our platform
  • The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by service providers
  • Any disputes between users and service providers
  • Any criminal acts, negligence, or misconduct by service providers or users
  • Any property damage, theft, or personal injury that may occur during service provision

BY USING CLEANERUTI, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. CLEANERUTI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE INTERACTIONS.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service utilizes third-party services such as Google Maps (for location) and Google Postcodes.io. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of service of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these external services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cleaneruti, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any services performed by cleaning service providers found through our platform

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
