1. Introduction

Welcome to Cleaneruti. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleaneruti website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cleaneruti ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Cleaneruti is a platform designed to connect users with local cleaning service providers. The platform allows users to search for, view, and contact cleaning professionals.

By using our Service, you agree:

  • To use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • To provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting service providers

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and User Submissions

Important: Cleaneruti is strictly an introductory platform. We connect people looking for cleaning services with people offering such services, but we do not employ, vet, verify, or insure any service providers listed on our platform. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between users and service providers.

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Verifying the identity and credentials of service providers before engaging their services
  • Checking if service providers have appropriate insurance and certifications
  • Taking necessary safety precautions when meeting with or allowing service providers into their homes or businesses
  • Conducting their own due diligence before hiring any service provider
  • Negotiating terms, rates, and services directly with the service provider

We do not guarantee or warrant the quality, reliability, safety, or legality of any service provider. All arrangements, agreements, and transactions between users and service providers are strictly between those parties, and Cleaneruti is not a party to such transactions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CLEANERUTI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Cleaneruti will not be held liable for:

  • Any damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from interactions with service providers found through our platform
  • The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by service providers
  • Any disputes between users and service providers
  • Any criminal acts, negligence, or misconduct by service providers or users
  • Any property damage, theft, or personal injury that may occur during service provision

BY USING CLEANERUTI, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND CLEANERUTI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF USERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cleaneruti, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any services performed by cleaning service providers found through our platform

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
